Kita ni memang disarankan untuk minum banyak air kosong. Tapi kalau hari-hari telan air masak kosong, muak jugak la kann. So kali ni Kak Ziana nak share kat korang sikit resepi untuk naikkna rasa air yuolls tu. So lepas ni takdelah korang rasa bosan bila nak minum air. Ingat tau, yuolls still needs atleast 8 glass of water a day. So make it interesting hehehe.
